low calorie turkey chili, minus the beans. texas style. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon olive oil |
1 cup onions, chopped |
2 cloves garlic |
35 oz tomatoes |
1 cup water |
1 pound ground turkey |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon coriander |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onions, and garlic. Cook until tender. 2. add tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, coriander, red pepper flakes, and salt. Simmer 25 minutes. 3. Recipe makes eight servings. |
