a lower fat/calorie version of this popular dish. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen shrimp (raw, unpeeled) |
1/4 cup green onion (chopped) |
2 teaspoons garlic (minced) |
4 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter fat free |
1 tablespoon white wine |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Peel and devein shrimp. 2. Saute green onion and garlic in butter until onions are tender. 3. Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 4. Cook over medium high heat about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. 5. Stir in dill and parsley. 6. Serve shrimp over tasted french rolls, rice, or pasta. |
