Just fresh veggies and lemon juice as a dressing makes a refreshing and lo cal salad.
Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup shredded carrot
seasoning salt
pepper
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Put all veggies in a bowl or salad plate. Add salt and pepper.
2. Squeeze lemon juice over veggies.
3. Enjoy!
