low cal, low fat pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
2 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Combine wet ingredients. 3. Wisk in dry ingredients. 4. Using a 1/4 cup measure drop batter onto a hot frying pan. 5. When pancakes begin to bubble flip them. 6. Finished when golden on both sides. |
