High protein and filling Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg beaters |
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped to small pieces |
2 tbsp onion, chopped |
1/4 cup spinach, chopped |
2 tbsp tomatoes, diced |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Lightly spray nonstick pan with Pam and pour in egg beaters 2. Let egg sit until about 70% cooked 3. Add fillings to one side of eggs 4. Fold over and let sit for about 30 seconds |
