                                                1 1/4 cups light mayonnaise (best foods or hellman's)  |  
                                                1/3 cup apple cider vinegar  |  
                                                1/3 cup splenda granular  |  
                                                1/3 cup water  |  
                                                2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder  |  
                                                1 1/4 tablespoons yellow mustard  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |
