THIS MOUTH WATERING MUFFIN IS LOW CALORIE AND NEARLY FAT FREE, WITH BERRIES AND BANANAS AND APPLES MAKING IT A HIT FOR EVERYONE, DIETERS OR NOT. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 tbls baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 ripe banana |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup blackberries or bluberries |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN 20 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. 2. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN MEDIUM SIZED BOWL, BAKING POWDER, SODA AND SALT. 3. IN A LARGE BOWL MASH BANANA THEN MIX SLICED BERRIES, SUGAR, VANILLA, EGG, AND APPLESAUCE. 4. STIR BANANA AND BERRY MIXTURE INTO FLOUR UNTIL COMBINED. IN A TWELVE CUP MUFFING PAN, LIGHTLY OILED, FLOUR IF DESIRED, SCOOP MIX INTO CUPS. 5. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN. SERVE WITH MILK AND ENJOY |
