2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cloves garlic, mashed |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
6 ounce tomato paste |
1 quart beef broth |
Directions:
1. 1.Brown meat, drain off fat. 2. 2.Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer 3 hours. 3. 3.Approx. 4. 4.7- 9 carbs per serving |
