I learned of this recipe from friends when I was starting Weight Watchers. I usually use plain or chocolate graham crackers. Frozen Cool Whip tastes just like vanilla ice cream! Make a couple of these and leave then in your freezer. Watch out, this can be addicting! Ingredients:
1 graham cracker |
2 tablespoons cool whip |
Directions:
1. Break the graham cracker in half. 2. Scoop Cool Whip onto the center of one graham cracker, sandwich the other cracker ontop, and press down to evenly distribute the Cool Whip. 3. Freeze until the Cool Whips hardens and enjoy! |
