I got the idea from molly53, i tried to cut a few cals. Ingredients:
3/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring (mapleine or other maple flavored extract) or 1/4 teaspoon honey |
other flavoring |
fruit juice (optional) |
water (optional) |
Directions:
1. place in a jar and shake 2. i store it in a cool place like the pantry, no need to put it in the fridge. |
