perfect for a treat to yourself. low calories, so you can feel better about adding some nutella and a dallop of fat free whip cream.
Ingredients:
1 cup egg beater
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 dash of salt
2 tbs sugar
Directions:
1. combine 1 cup egg beaters and skim milk in a bowl or a mixure, stir.
2. add flour 1/2 a cup at a time to the liquid mix. stir. add sugar and salt and stir in mixure or bowl until no clumps and is thin and light
3. use a non-stick pan and add the smallest amount of canola oil so it doesnt stick. make sure crepes are nice a thin, and turn to make sure both sides are cooked
