Low calorie sandwich for breakfast-helps start the day off right Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg white |
1 slice turkey bacon (butterball everday) |
1 slice fat-free american cheese (borden) |
2 slices natures own whole wheat bread (40 cal or slice) |
tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce |
Directions:
1. cook egg white in non stick pan with cooking spray. 2. microwave bacon for 60 seconds. 3. toast bread in toaster. 4. assemble as a sandwich- good for make ahead (night before)- to warm in m-wave for 25 seconds at full power. |
