Oats and Bran make this healthy, and only one cup of sugar makes it low in calories. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/8 tsp salt |
1 egg |
1 cup quaker oats |
1 cup bran flakes |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Sift flour and baking powder 3. Stir in oats and bran, sugar & raisins 4. Beat milk, margarine & eggs 5. stir into dry ingredients, mix well, and drop from desert spoon onto greased cookie sheets. 6. Bake 15 minutes... cool |
