Low Cal Banana Bread Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 cup bananas, mashed |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup applesauce |
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Coat pan with non stick cooking spray 3. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together banana, sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in the applesauce and vanilla. Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined. Scoop batter into prepared pan. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. |
