2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cup bananas, mashed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
2 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup wheat bran
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients
2. Add cinnamon and spice to taste
3. Beat wet ingredients
4. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture
5. Spoon into tins - about 1/3 coup
