Ingredients:
2 cup all-purpose flour |
2 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 cup bananas, mashed |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup applesauce |
2 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup wheat bran |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients 2. Add cinnamon and spice to taste 3. Beat wet ingredients 4. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture 5. Spoon into tins - about 1/3 coup |
