Low Cal Apple-Cinnamon Muffins |

Great tasting muffins! Try adding different fruits to batter for yummy low cal breakfast or snack! Ingredients:
2 cup flour, all purpose nonbleached |
2 tbsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup applesauce |
2 eggs |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
2 apples, red peeled and chopped |
2 tbsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Peel and chop apples into small pieces 3. Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well 4. Using paper baking cups, or a rubber cooking pan, add batter the muffin cups. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. |
