These ultra fudge cookies will quieten the chocolate lover's yearning for chocolate.Easy to make, quick to cook, great for gifts. A chocolate lover's pure delight! Ingredients:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1-12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips |
1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cups chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. In heavy saucepan, combine butter, chocolate chips and milk
2. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth
3. Stir flour and pecans into chocolate mixture
4. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet
5. Bake at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until light glaze forms on cookies
6. Cookies will not appear done, but please do not overbake
7. Cool on wire rack
