8 ounces dark chocolate |
generous 3/4 cup heavy cream |
2 tsp brandy |
Directions:
1. BREAK THE CHOCOLATE INTO SMALL PIECES AND PLACE IN A SMALL PAN WITH HEAVY CREAM 2. HEAT THE MIXTURE GENTLY,STIRRING CONSTANTLY,UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE HAS MELTED AND BLENDED WITH THE CREAM 3. REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE HEAT AND STIR IN BRANDY 4. POUR ONTO A FONDUE POT TO KEEP WARM,OVER A SMALL BURNER 5. SERVE WITH A SELECTION OF FRUITS,MARSHMALLOWS,OR POUND CAKES,OR CHEESECAKE,JUST CUT EVERYTHING SMALL AND ENJOY |
