Light and refreshing! Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt |
1 cucumber |
salt and pepper |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice the cucumber, sprinkle with salt. 2. Let sit for 20 minutes. 3. Take cucumber slices in hand and squeeze out all of the juice into a bowl. 4. Then chop up the cucumber in little bits and add to bowl. 5. Mix in the yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper. |
