Lovely Tuna Noodle Casserole

From tuna package.
Ingredients:
8 ounces noodles, dry (any you like)
1 teaspoon canola oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
6 ounces tuna, drained (or double or triple)
1 green pepper, chopped (sometimes i use peas instead)
1/2 cup carrot, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (flakes, crumbled crackers, etc)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Cook and drain noodles.
2. Put oil in a hot skillet over medium high heat. Saute onion and garlic to transparent.
3. Move to a bowl. Add green pepper, carrots, parsley and paprika. Set aside.
4. Blend yogurt, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add noodles and tuna mixture.
5. Pour into a 9x11 casserole pan.
6. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of casserole.
7. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
