I had a recipe book for kids when I was young. I have since lost that book but I remember this recipe well as it was one of my favorites. For kids too young to use a knife they can just use a plastic apple corer and then stuff the toppings inside the apple. Ingredients:
1 apple |
1 tablespoon peanut butter |
1 teaspoon raisins |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Quarter and core the apple. 2. Spread 1/4 of the peanut butter on each apple wedge. 3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and distribute the raisins pressing them into the peanut butter. |
