Marinate chicken overnight in a ziploc bag and grill or bake the next day. One serving is half a chicken breast. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar |
1 tablespoon steak seasoning |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. In a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar blend, and montreal seasoning. 2. Place chicken breasts in gallon ziploc bag and pour marinage over them. Turn over to coat chicken completely and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 3. Lightly oil grill grate and place chicken on the grill. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes on per side or until juices run clear. Discard marinade. |
