Candy Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar |
1 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup cream |
2 cups pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Combine Powdered Sugar and cream. Add maple syrup and boil to soft ball-stage (236°F). Then beat until mixture begins to sugar. Add nuts and drop on greased waxed paper into two-inch patties. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Makes about twenty-four. |
