Pour this sauce over fish or shrimp, and bake! This sauce goes well with rice, pasta, or couscous. From the American Diabetes Association. canned tomatoes, celery, green pepper, onion, cayenne pepper, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil cvt Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped |
1 (medium) stalk celery, chopped |
2 tbsp green pepper, chopped |
2 tbsp chopped onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 dash cayenne pepper |
1 dash pepper |
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken or seafood and bake, or heat and serve on the side. |
