Frothy slightly sweet drink with a kick of Rum! Ingredients:
2 oz spiced rum (ie: full shot glass) |
1 oz cointreau |
2 oz fresh orange juice |
1 oz rose's grenadine |
1 whole raw egg |
1 shaker 1/2 full of crushed ice |
2 halved slices of an orange for garnish |
Directions:
1. Place first 5 ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds till foamy, pour into iced shaker, cover tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds and pour through strainer lid into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy! |
