Louisiana Butter Pecan Coffee Cake |

Easy delicious coffee cake with a pecan struesel topping. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 cups sifted all purpose flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup soft butter |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
topping |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
2 tablespoons soft butter |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Sift first 4 ingredients together 3. Add butter, egg and milk 4. Beat well, about 2 minutes 5. Pour into greased & floured 9inch square pan 6. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake mixture 7. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or when cake tests done 8. ******************************************************************* 9.
