Yummy!!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup green onions or 1/2 cup white onion |
3/4 cup bell pepper |
2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn |
2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans whole corn (drain one) |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix (cook 1st & set aside) |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 cup pimiento |
Directions:
1. Sauté onions & pepper in margarine. 2. Add corn, crumbled cornbread, egg, sugar, & pimentos. 3. MIX WELL. 4. Pour in buttered casserole dish. 5. Grate sharp or cheddar cheese on top. 6. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
