Ingredients:
1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce |
1 8 oz package cream cheese |
1 cup(s) cream-style cottage cheese |
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1 pound(s) ground chuck |
4 ounce(s) medium egg noodles |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package and drain. Spoon into lightly greased 12x8x2" baking dish. 2. Place cream cheese in 1 quart bowl and microwave on high 30-50 seconds. Add cottage cheese and sour cream and stir well. Spread over noodles. 3. Crumble beef into colander and put on 9" pie plate. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high 5-7 min or til meat is no longer pink, stirring after 3 min. Combine with spaghetti sauce and spoon over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with plastic wrap and fold back 1 corner to let steam escape. Microwave on high 8-10 min. |
