I have no idea where I got this recipe but I do know that we have made it for the last forty years and love it. Ingredients:
3 cups apples |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Butter a pie tin. Fill it with peeled and sliced apples. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the applies. Add topping. 1/2 cup softened butter 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 cup flour. Mix together into crumbs and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 until apples are done (aprox. 30 minutes). |
