12 ounces salmon fillets |
8 ounces sliced mushrooms |
1 bunch green onion |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and green onions. Saute for about 1 minute. 2. Add vinegar, garlic, onion powder, sugar, and honey. Mix well and bring to a boil. 3. Turn heat down to med. Add salmon filets and let poach for about 15 min or until fish is flakey. |
