Ingredients:
12 ounces salmon fillets
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 bunch green onion
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and green onions. Saute for about 1 minute.
2. Add vinegar, garlic, onion powder, sugar, and honey. Mix well and bring to a boil.
3. Turn heat down to med. Add salmon filets and let poach for about 15 min or until fish is flakey.
