This is a wonderful creation!!!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion (chopped)
1 small green pepper (chopped)
1/2 lb colby cheese (shredded)
1/2 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
3/4-1 cup sweet hot chili sauce
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1 head soft lettuce (separated)
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onion.
2. Let cool slightly.
3. Stir in the green pepper, cheeses, rice, sauce, salt and pepper.
4. Wrap mix in lettce to eat.
5. YUM!
