This is great for holidays, or just a nice meal... Ingredients:
1 (8 -10 lb) ham |
6 garlic cloves (minced) |
3 teaspoons rosemary (minced) |
1/4 teaspoon fennel seed |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Make deep cuts all over ham. 2. Puree the garlic, rosemary, fennel and oil. Season. 3. Rub into cuts. 4. Wrap tightly. Chill 24 hours. 5. Heat oven 300. 6. Place ham in a roasting pan. 7. Roast 3 hours. |
