Large Greek salad for those days when you can't seem to get enough to eat. Ingredients:
4 cups spinach |
1 large tomatoe |
12 black olives |
1 small cucumber |
1/8 cup feta cheese |
2 tbs olive oil |
1 tsp dried oregano |
2 tbs lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine spinach, diced tomatoe, olives, & diced cucumber. Sprinkle feta cheese on top. In small bowl whisk together oil, oregano & lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad & enjoy! |
