Large Greek salad for those days when you can't seem to get enough to eat.
Ingredients:
4 cups spinach
1 large tomatoe
12 black olives
1 small cucumber
1/8 cup feta cheese
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbs lemon juice
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine spinach, diced tomatoe, olives, & diced cucumber. Sprinkle feta cheese on top. In small bowl whisk together oil, oregano & lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad & enjoy!
