Lori's Chicken and Squash Nachos

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (cubed)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 zucchini (diced)
2 yellow squash (diced)
1 onion (minced)
1 red bell pepper (minced)
1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried chilies (ground)
salsa
guacamole
shredded lettuce
sour cream
salt (to taste)
1 1/4 lbs blended mexican cheese (shredded)
1 (1 lb) bag tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven 400.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken. Brown well.
3. Add the garlic, zucchini, squash, onion, pepper, corn, cumin, oregano, chilies and salt. Saute 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Layer with the cheese and chips in sprayed baking dishes.
6. Bake 15 minutes.
