Normally I would not cook this way, but this was EXTREMELY good and CHEAP! Ingredients:
6 skinless chicken legs (with thighs) |
1 large onion (minced) |
2 large garlic cloves (minced) |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon paprika |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all. Let stand 1 hour. 2. Heat oven 400. 3. Place chicken in a large sprayed baking dish. 4. Bake 1 hour. |
