4 (8 ounce) boneless pork ribs (trimmed) |
1/2 cup apple juice concentrate (thawed) |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup rosemary (minced) |
4 garlic cloves (minced) |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all. Cover. Chill 24 hours, turning often. 2. Heat oven 400. 3. Place pork and marinade in a 9x9 baking dish. 4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until browned. |
