My own Taramasalata... Ingredients:
1 potato |
2 1/2 ounces red caviar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 tablespoons plain yogurt |
1/4 onion (grated) |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
fresh pita bread |
Directions:
1. Boil potato until tender. 2. Drain. Peel. Rice. 3. Stir in the caviar. 4. Blend oil in with a mixer until smooth. 5. Stir in lemon juice, yogurt and onion. 6. Season. 7. Serve with pita. |
