How to make ground loomi powder called for in some recipes. Ingredients:
dried limes (loomi, noomi basra, etc. either light or black type.) |
coffee, grinder |
Directions:
1. Break each loomi up with knife if needed. 2. Take out innards & seeds to just leave shell which will be the part ground. 3. Place in coffee grinder or spice mill and grind to a fine powder. 4. Use as directed in recipes. |
