a delicious breakfast sausage Ingredients:
1 kilo ground pork (with fat in) |
4 tbsp dry oregano |
1/2 tbsp salt |
2 tbsp garlic, minced |
1 tsp. pepper |
1 tbsp. sukang tagalog or ilocos |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together. 2. once mixed, wrap mixture in glad wrap 3. put in freezer overnight 4. in the morning, remove from freezer 5. prepare the ground pork mixture into finger-sized sausages 6. in a frying pan, add some oil 7. fry until crispy 8. serve with fried rice and fried eggs |
