From Dusk in London Ingredients:
3 ounces feijoa vodka (42 below) |
3 ounces cloudy apple juice |
1/2 ounce pear nectar (pear puree) |
1/2 ounce elderflower cordial |
1 dash of lime bitters |
fresh cilantro |
ice |
Directions:
1. In a shaker, lightly bruise cilantro with ice. 2. Add all other ingredients. 3. Shake and double strain into an ice filled Collins glass. 4. Garnish with a feijoa wheel and a sprig of cilantro. |
