Lone Star State Avocado Wedges |

These are so good and creamy. Everybody loves these delight. I normally serve them with Chicken Enchiladas and Borracho Beans. We love it and hope you do too. Ingredients:
2 avocados mashed |
3 tablespoons green chilies diced |
2 cups monterey jack cheese grated |
butter melted |
2 tablespoons onion diced |
3/4 cup bacon cooked crisp and crumbled |
4 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Combine avocados, chilies, cheese, onion and bacon mixing well. 2. Divide mixture in fourths and spread mixture on each tortilla leaving 1/4-inch edge. 3. Fold each tortilla in half and crimp edges. 4. Brush a large skillet and tortillas with melted butter then fry until golden brown. 5. Cut each into 4 wedges and serve immediately. |
