A very popular cocktail on the drinks menu at Milk & Honey in London. Similar to a Gin Sour, but with a dose of Fino sherry (dry sherry). Tasty, refreshing and with a floral aroma-the ideal cocktail for a relaxing spring evening. Ingredients:
50 ml dry gin |
10 ml fino sherry wine |
15 ml lemon juice (fresh squeezed) |
15 ml sugar syrup |
2 dashes orange bitters |
1 strip grapefruit zest, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Place drink ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
2. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a strip of grapefruit zest.
