Recipe adapted from Once-A-Month Cooking Cookbook Ingredients:
1 london broil beef (about 2 pounds) |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Put London Broil in one gallon Ziploc bag. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Label and freeze. 4. To prepare, thaw steak. Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Serve rare. |
