This is by far the best marinade in the world. It is awesome on London Broil but i use it on other steaks too. Scrumptious! Ingredients:
1/3 cup wine vinegar |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons salad oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour over meat.
3. Pierce with fork.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
