3 lbs flank steaks or 2 lbs top round steaks |
4 teaspoons adolph's meat tenderizer |
2 tablespoons sugar |
4 thsp. sherry wine |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons accent seasoning |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except steaks. 2. Pierce steaks. 3. Marinate in mixture for 6 hours. 4. Cook on grill. |
