I love making this on the weekend. It also is wonderful as leftovers on Monday nights. Ingredients:
2 lbs london broil beef |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 ounce onion soup mix (1/2 an envelope) |
Directions:
1. Mix the soups together and pour over the meat in a baking dish. 2. Cover and bake for 2 1/2- 3 hours at 325 degrees or until well done at 170 degrees. |
