Yummy! Great served with Rice Casserole.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dark sesame oil (no subs)
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1 head garlic, peeled and chopped
1 (2 lb) london broil beef (about 1 1/2 thick)
Directions:
1. Place first five ingredients in a gallon-size zip-lock bag.
2. Diagonally score the London broil.
3. Place the meat in the bag of marinade.
4. Refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
5. Grill over medium-hot coals.
6. Do not overcook.
7. Meat will continue to cook once removed from the grill, and should still be pink when sliced.
8. Slice against the grain of the meat in 1/4 slices.
