Ingredients:
1 lb salted salmon |
3 large tomatoes, diced |
3 green onions, chopped |
1 round onion, chopped |
3 ice cubes, cracked |
Directions:
1. Soak salted salmon in cold water for 1 hour. 2. If salmon is very salty, repeat process. 3. Remove skin and bones and shred salmon with fingers. 4. Place in a bowl and add tomatoes and onions. 5. Chill; add crushed ice just before serving. |
