Ingredients:
1 pound salt salmon, shredded |
4 pounds ripe tomatoes, small dice |
3/4 pound maui onion, finely diced |
5 ounces scallions, whites and greens, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together by hand ('lomi lomi' means to massage in Hawaiian). Let cool in refrigerator. |
