A favorite luau recipe. I've also seen this with chopped Maui onions. Ingredients:
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped |
1/2 cup green onion, sliced |
1/2 cup tomato, peeled, chopped |
2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with hands. 2. Chill well before serving. |
